As with any changes to your original Tenancy Agreement, this is something that needs to authorized by your Landlord, so please contact our leasing department so that we can help you with your request.
Some landlords may be happy with this request, while others may impose a complete ban on pets. When a pet is authorized, some landlords may require an additional deposit to cover possible further dilapidation.
Please note that failure to obtain authorization to have a pet may amount to breach of contract and may result in issuing you with a Notice to Quit.
