How do I sign my documents?

All documents will be signed online via online portal Docusign.

Docusign creates electronic signatures that are quick and easy to use.

You will receive an e-mail inviting you to review and sign the required documentation prior to the moving date. Given the extensive amount of documents that you may need to sign, you will receive two or three invitations with different documentation on each one.

After that Docusign will open documents in front of you on the screen and you can sign these by clicking on orange boxes allocated to areas on documents where wet signatures would traditionally be placed.

All that is left after this is pressing the button labelled “Confirm signature”.

Docusign will record when each document has been seen, signed or rejected. All the process is traceable by us and is legally binding in the Scottish law system.
