I'm not getting your email. What's wrong?

                              

Customers using hotmail, outlook and aol accounts find that at times they do not receive our email messages.   This is to do with the way that this email platforms filter out some messages.

This problem can be easily solved though.  All it is required to do is to add the address 'aberdeen@martinco.com' to your 'Safe Sender' list.   Please follow the instructions below: 

 

  1. In your Outlook inbox, click the gear icon beside your Profile name.
  2. ClickMail more settings.
  3. UnderPreventing Junk email, clickSafe and blocked senders.
    4. On the Safe and blocked senders page, click Safe senders.
    5. On the Safe senders page, under Sender or domain to mark as safe, enter the senders email address then click "Add to list".
