How much notice will I be given before the inspection takes place?

You will be given at least 24-hour notice prior of your inspection. You can be notified by text or e-mail.

The first inspection take place four to six weeks after your tenancy start date.  Provided that the condition of the property is satisfactory, subsequent inspections will be completed on a three-month basis.
