When will the rent for my property be paid into my account?

  

The rent will be into your bank account (paid by BACS) within 48 hours of us receiving it.

The vast majority of tenants will pay their rent through Direct Debit.  The Direct Debit system will collect the rent three days before it is due, and it will paid into our Clients Account on its due date.  At times, particularly at weekends and bank holidays, this may take an extra two to three days.  This is not uncommon and it cannot be attributable to the tenant (they have paid their rent three days in advance).

So expect payment of the rent within two days of its due date in normal circumstances, but please allow up to five days during weekends and bank holidays.
