How many sets of keys do I need to provide?

We would be obliged if you could provide the following number of sets.

For 'Fully Managed' service 

• One complete set of keys for us to show the property during the viewings and for property inspections and maintenance once the tenants have moved in.
• Additionally, a number of sets equal to the number of bedrooms of the property.  These sets will be handed out to the tenants when they moved in and recovered at the end of the tenancy agreement.  At least one set must be a complete one, whilst the rest should include at least the keys required to access the property.

If you can't provide the correct number of keys, do not worry.  Provided that we receive at least one set of keys we will cut any additional keys for you.  The cost of these keys will be passed on to you, and normally deducted from the first month rent.

For 'Rent Receipt' and 'Tenant Finding' service 

• One complete set of keys for us to show the property during the viewings.    This single set of keys will be handed out to the tenants when they moved in.   You may need to provide additional sets of keys to the tenants after they have moved in, depending on the number of bedrooms that your property has (see above).
