Director
Eduardo Prato is responsible for the efficient operation of Martin & Co Aberdeen.
Branch Manager
Maxine Card works closely with the Directors. He supervises and motivates the team and makes sure that team members comply with our strict operational procedures.
Lettings Department
Negotiators - Kelly Kennedy and Vincent Buggie are inn charge of letting your property fast. They liaise with landlords, conduct viewings and complete applicant referencing check. They also prepare and complete our comprehensive tenancy agreements, tenant’s content insurance, the check-in to the property and utility transfer.
Property Management Department
Property Maintenance Department Managers - Julie Mutch is in charge of the overall supervision of the property management service.
Property Management Administrators and Inspectors - In charge of maintaining your property to a high standard, liaise with the tenants for routine inspections and routine maintenance. The team consists of Ryan Whelan, Natalie Grassick and the third member soon coming!
Sales Department
Sales Department Manager: Debbie Buchan has been in the industry for decades, and she lead her team with great expertise.
Sales Negotiator: Joel Ross is a people's person, making sure that vendors and buyers find common ground
Sales Progression: Michelle Wildgoose makes sure that all agreed sales are progressed smoothly!
Accounts Department
Accounts Department Manager: Monika Miara is well versed and prepared to manage the office, particularly from the Property Accounts and Administration point. Monika is extremely efficient in her role.
