I have moved into the property... how long should I wait for my inventory?

The inventory is prepared by an North East Inventories, an company registered with the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks   The property is visited prior to the tenant moving in and the reported is drafted.  The report is sent by the inventory company directly to the tenant within three days of the start of the tenancy.
