
Normally before your moving in date, we will have sent you and you will have signed electronically most of the documentation to secure the tenancy. Please make sure you have signed all the documentation electronically by this date.
You will also have received the instructions to make the first month rent payment by internet transfer and setup the standing order for future month payments.
On the day you move in, you will need to provide the following:
- The first month’s rent (cash or debit card, we do NOT accept credit card), if you didn't make the transfer of the first month rent in advance.
- Photo Identification (for each tenant).
- Your tenants liability insurance policy number or policy documents.
- Proof of the standing order being setup for future rent payments.
In some particular cases, additional documentation will be required, in which case we will advise you in advance.
