Why do I have to wait 5 working days before I can move in if the property is available now?

We need 5 working days before we can move you in to the property to check references for all the adult tenants, to make sure that all the required documents are in place and to organise ingoing inventory. In very exceptional circumstances, we may be able to complete this procedure in 3 days, but this is something that you should not plan on as many of the actions that we need to complete are outside our control.
