Can someone else move in to the property with me after the Tenancy Agreement is signed?

Any changes to the list of property occupiers need to be authorized by your landlord. Therefore if you wish to add occupiers to the list please contact our office first.

We will ensure that your request meets landlord’s criteria as well as complies with housing legislation (i.e. Housing in Multiple Occupancies, overcrowding etc.).
