If I have bad credit history, is it still possible for me to rent a property?

If the credit referencing check result is unsatisfactory due to bad credit history, you may still be able to secure the tenancy by either paying the rent for the full period in advance or by providing a guarantor. Since these would be exceptional circumstances, we will have to put the case forward to the landlord who will make a final decision based on the merit of the proposal.
